Standard Service

Most orders shipped via standard service are processed and shipped in 1 to 2 business days depending on product availability. While we’re on this glamorous topic:

• Most standard orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the ship date.
• Orders destined for P.O. boxes are delivered within 6 to 14 business days.
• Orders destined for APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. territories are delivered within 14 to 21 business days of the order's ship date.
• Please note that delivery for some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days.

2nd-Day Service
Need that primer even sooner? 2nd-day orders placed by 3:00 p.m. EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. 2nd-day orders placed after 3:00 p.m. EST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders shipped via 2nd-day service are delivered within 2 business days from the order's ship date. Orders destined for P.O. boxes, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO locations and some locations in Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for 2nd-day service. Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery for 2nd-day shipments.

Overnight Service
Let’s say you’re having a legit cosmetic crisis. We feel you. Overnight orders placed by 3:00 p.m. EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Overnight orders placed after 3:00 p.m. EST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders shipped via overnight service are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date. Orders destined for P.O. boxes, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO locations and some locations in Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for overnight shipping. Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery for overnight shipments. Breathe easy, baby. You won’t be without foundation for long.

Shipping Restrictions

Some items sold by Smashbox.com require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At Smashbox.com, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. Drama! If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you provide a physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be as happy as Pharrell to ship your full order.

Shipments to Forwarding Companies

Seriously, are you sure you want someone else opening your box of cosmetic bliss? Just so you know, Smashbox.com is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. We also don’t supply replacements or refunds for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you go this route, we recommend requesting that the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder. Not it.

Shipments to APO/FPO/DPO and P.O. Boxes

Most items may be shipped to a P.O. box or military APO/FPO/DPO address, but some restrictions may apply. Expedited shipping methods are not available to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories

Smashbox.com accepts orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. territories Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and these U.S. territories, but some restrictions apply. For more info, please see shipping rules and restrictions. Priority shipping methods (overnight or 2nd-day service) are not available for certain locations in Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. territories.
